What is your guarantee for end of lease cleaning?

If there are any issues with the clean, please send us an email within 3 days of service, we are happy to go back to fix up, promptly! But please note we only accept one inspection, so preferably it is from your property manager or landlord, as they have the final say.

How to compare and choose end of lease cleaning service?

  • If the cleaning business is using subcontractors.

    Not to say a subcontractor won’t do a good job, it would work well if the cleaning job satisfies every party, but if it does not, it may take more effort to get the issues remedied. Plus, there can be a mismatch in cleaning standard. For example, say you were promised something when booking but actually the subcontractor did not get the message when turned up, sometimes it can be frustrating.

  • Always ask for the checklist for comparison.

    As there is no industry standard for end of lease cleaning, so you have to make sure all the essentials are included, like both sides of windows, flyscreens, oven, and balcony if it is an apartment.

  • If there is a guarantee?

    Cleaning can be a very subjective matter sometimes, no one can guarantee the job can be carried out to meet every one’s expectation from different angles. So make sure the cleaners you engaged with have a guarantee period, should there be anything missed or needs further attention.

How long will an end of lease clean take?

It really depends on many factors, like the size of the property, the cleanliness of the property, and number of staff on the job. To help you arrange your time better, we normally give you an estimated time when we arrive and give you a half hour notice call before we finish.

Are you insured for accidental damages? What is you process if an accidental damage happens?

Yes, we are covered for public liability and product liability with GIO. In case of accidental damages, we will organise a qualified repairer to fix it or replace it if not fixable.

Is the price you quote guaranteed?

A.

For offices and commercial properties, we will conduct inspections before providing a quote, the quoted price is guaranteed.

For domestic cleaning including end of lease cleaning, normally quote is provided without inspection and it is based on the assumption that the information provided to us is true and correct and the property is in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to ask for extra before we start in circumstances like

  • Inaccurate information was provided when booking, like there is an extra bedroom or bathroom (Study is counted as bedroom, separate toilet is not counted as bathroom)
  • The property is oversized
  • The property is in a bad condition and it will take extra hours to bring the cleanliness up to standard
  • Extra services are required

Do I need to supply anything? Does the property have to be empty? Do I have to be in the house for the whole process?

A.

We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipments, and the property has to be empty before we start. However, if your property is furnished, that is also fine, but beaware we are not responsible for cleaning the funitures or moving them to clean beneath, unless a special agreement is arranged. You don’t have to be in the property, we will notify you half of an hour before we finish.

Do the same people come every cleaning visit?

Yes, the same cleaners will come for every clean for as long as they are with us.
